Cadia Stock Exchange is the next step in the evolution of crowdfunding:

to the model of traditional equity crowdfunding it adds a fully operating stock market between investors on the platform.

Cadia Stock Exchange is a 24/7 Startup & SME Stock Exchange platform that connects entrepreneurs with investors. The platform offers a solution for startups to gather initial capital for their business and to already existing companies to finance their latest ideas or expansion plans through selling shares of their companies to investors.

Cadia Stock Exchange consists of 2 platforms integrated into a unified system where entrepreneurs have the perfect opportunity to raise money for their startup business and investors to buy and resell shares of the companies. All the companies listed on Cadia Stock Exchange platform are No par value share companies.

Cadia Stock Exchange adds to the crowdfunding business model a fully operating stock market. This allows businesses to be as close as possible to having a real IPO. On the platform’s secondary market investors can trade their shares and seek exit and cash out from the investment much earlier than any other competitive business model offers (loans, VC funds, regular equity funding, perks-based equity crowdfunding etc).

How the process is legally organized?

Cadia Stock Exchange is in the process of becoming a licensed stockbroker in accordance to EU regulations. This certification gives Cadia Stock Exchange the permit to operate as an exchange platform for companies and investors, reporting under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The accounting and reporting for your business will be performed by our professionals and you will get your management reports every 3 months or every month, depending on your preference.

What is the process?

Cadia Stock Exchange valuates your business and accepts it for registration. For this you prepare a presentation of your business for the investors including idea, projections, finance plan, team and, most importantly, what amount of capital is sought.

After the above tasks are completed, your company gets listed on Cadia Stock Exchange where investors can see your proposition and purchase shares.

Startups have a 45-day period to collect the capital needed. If you are a short way of reaching your goal, you are given up to 30 additional days to gather the amount from the investors. If you cannot reach the amount, all collected funds are given back to the investors and you can think how to rephrase your proposition to generate higher interest.
If your IPO is successful, your investors can start trading their shares of your newly incorporated company on the platform and you can start investing the collected capital in your business!

You choose two representatives of your company to be present on the management board of the company while we appoint a dedicated professional mentor as a third member to consult and follow your progress. There are also three professional mentors on the supervisory board of the company (elected by the shareholders).
