Build a harvesting plant of Astaxanthin(AX) in the IV region of Chile, the most powerful antioxidant in the world to produce 1.050 Kg of AX, the current market price of rough AX ranges between € 6,000 and € 15,000 per KG and our cost is about € 1,500/KG.

We need  MM€ 7 in exchange for the 49% of the company with the right of 2/5 directors. 90% of the capital will be used on fixed assets.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
The trend shows that more and more people consumes healthy food or supplements, as we can see for example, the blueberry has an increase on demand in 400% from 2005 to 2012.

Ax has 500 times more antioxidant power than the blueberry's, is far more efficient and good for health than BB. Has been proven that its use is beneficial for human heath at every level:
- Anti aging; 
- Anti-inflammatory;
- Protector anti-cancer; and
- Enhances the immunological system

Many brands want to enter this market to produce better and healthy products to the consumers, but they can't because there's no enough Ax to buy in the market or/and it's too expensive.

By the other side more consumers want to buy products with Ax, but they can't because the offer it's not enough and the price it's too high yet for a regular consumption.

The global market near MM€ 500 of limited production, with only 5 plants in the world.

Typically, the AX is sold at the retail in boxes of 60 capsules with 4mg p/u:
20 – 30 €/box. > 83.000 –120.000 €/kg of Ax

Build a production plant of AX in the IV region of Chile with a installed capacity of 35.000 kg/year of haematococcus pluvialis (H.p.), three times bigger than Bayer, that produces approximately 1.050 Kg of AX. 

The entrepreneur had already designed, built and operated a plant for Bayer, so basically it's the same process improved with the feedback learned from the first experience. In approximately 18 months we can have a functional plant, 6 month will be taken for the preparation of the engineering and studies, and 12 months in the construction.

The technology was developed during various years since 1990, then a fine tuning of 5 years of a pilot plant operation lead us to a full scale industrial plant constructed for Bayer were the technology was validated and designed by APTA.

The plant would produce 1.050 kg/year of AX with a expected Revenue of MM €6/ year with 60% margin in the worst case scenario at € 6.000 to NZ buyer, best case scenario is to sell to EU, at € 15,000.
The five companies are:
• Cyanotech (CYAN), US based company traded on the stock exchange, with a similar technology than ours (Spirulina), they produce in Hawai.
• Algatech, based in Israel, their technology is a close photobioreactor with 3 times the cost of the tech that we have, and 2 times the investment to get the same capacity plant.
• Astareal, based on Sweden.
• Contract Biotics, based in San Diego CA, sells to Valensa, just released a PR to triple their production capacity to 75.000 mt^2.
• Alimtec, Bayer plant recently sold to Parry Nutraceuticals they also sells to Valensa.

Our main differences are: 
- The know how of 20 years investigating and perfecting the technology by the entrepreneur.
- The Algae contains consistently 3% of A.X all year around, not every competitor can produce at 3%. Lower concentrations implies higher production cost, is the most competitive technology available on market.
Complex management of production managing:
- Control of plagues (other micro algae and fungus)
- Complex Nutrition of the micro algae.
- High Productivity of laboratory in the production of culture seed.
- Process designed to function at all kind of temperature and radiations during the year.

Intermediaries: World companies that re sells the rough AX to make the extract.

Pharmacies: World pharma that makes the final products.

We are currently negotiating a deal with a NZ intermediary for 6,000 €/KG at 3%.

In the future we can increase the price selling in the European community at a much higher price (some 15.000 €/kg), but we will require certifications to sell to Europe that takes time (2 years)

Another way to improve the product value is by extracting the 3% dry cyst of micro algae with high pressure super critical CO2, and obtain a stable resin with approximately 15% Astaxanthin. The value of the product in the wholesale market could be increased from the 6.000 €/kg to € 30.000.
